Lionhead Studios has always had very good direct communications with its gamers / customers. We enjoy providing a good service and we always send personal replies to the messages received. Never have we used an automated system to reply to our very busy webmaster@lionhead.com email address and we’re not planning on changing this.

However, in order for us to keep providing a good service we need to give a few guidelines. This address should not be used for the following:

• Any customer support for our games/services (please look in the manual of the game for contact details)
• Technical questions (best to contact the customer support line but if you want to, you can check our forums for solutions that users have come up with or check for known issues and how to or when they are going to be resolved)
• Game tips (again our forum is the best place for this, our Webmaster doesn't know everything)
