Theresa the Blind, Seer of Albion. Sister to the Hero of Oakvale and descendant of the Archons, countless tales have been told of this mysterious woman. Apparently ageless, Theresa is a Will user of exceptional power, though she rarely acts directly. Her blindness proved a boon to Hero Doll producers everywhere, to whom her traumatic childhood encounter with Jack of Blades represents a chance to sell a line of accessories. This Theresa Doll is the ‘Blindfold’ edition, though the ‘Hooded Robe’, ‘Party Grandma’ and ‘Chicken Princess’ versions are also popular.

    Well, I’m not surprised there’s unlockables tied to Journey, but that alone will stop me from ever playing this game.  Shame, because it seems like I was one of the few who was looking forward to it.

      Its not that bad a thing, is it? I mean, its not like buying Fable heroes will force you to buy the Joureny… or were you really looking forward to play with Theresa ;)

          we don’t know… there was never a page of “introducing Gabriel” I gues he is tied to the journey though…

            I thought I remembered a mention of him becoming available once you finish the journey. I can’t remember where I got that one though.
            Edit: Found it. There was a mention of that on IGN.

            Yes indeed there was. In the one team tuesdays article it said gabriel had a hammer, i thoght he would only have magic proves me wrong.

            I don’t remember gabriel using hammer, but in one of the screenshots lucien clearly uses a sword of some sort, so I guess the weapons don’t add up indeed.

            If you go to the team tuesday article on sound it mentions the noise gabriel’s hammer makes.I’m assuming lucien will use a gun and sword since each character has two attacks. For example maze, garth, and theresa will probly only use magic, but jack can use a sword and fireball. I’m not sure how that will work for a character like hammer who only uses one weapon though. The same goes for ben and reaver.

            It said “Gabriel’s ‘hammer’ “. We know he can conjure up magic spears, perhaps he can use a magic hammer as well?

    Was wondering what was happening with Theresa; wasn’t expecting a hoodless Theresa though, so that’s a nice surprise. I suspect the last doll will be from Fable III – looks like it could be Major Swift.

      Yeah, it could be major Swift… although I suspect that we won’t see the identity of the last one coming… perhaps its a female hero ;) or perhaps its a henchman from fable 2… or Barry Hatch… although I don’t want to know what his attacks would be -_-

        I was thinking three to either swift or walter. Besides those two though theres only a handful of characters left, thunder, whisper, , briar rose, scarlet robe, paige. Kalin and the guildmaster are ruled out for obvious reasons, whisper and thunder could be ruled out. If it is a female I’d say briar rose or paige. They all ready have 4 characters from f1 and only 1 from 3 (unless you count the hero) so I’d say between page and walter. Or the crazy possibility of jasper hobbes or barry hatch.

    Ah my assumption was right, it occurs to me that we’ve never actually seen theresa fight strange isn’t it. I like the non hooded version we’ve seen her with that thing on for the pst 2 games now.

      Remember that Theresa has had more then 500 years to practice her manipulation skills. A young looking women is far more likely to get help then some misterious old hag.

          Ben talked in his diary about being a supernaturally good shot with a pop gun.  Lucien could use words of power, like Theresa, to make people sleep; interaction with the Spire and shady tutelage under Theresa gave him some Heroic powers.  Barry Hatch could… announce things….

       The hair doesn’t match though, so my guess is that the next character is Barry Hatch. He also got an earring :P

        If you look at ben and reaver their hair doesn’t match with their characters either.

          I agree on ben, but I don’t think reaver differs so much. I also think the clothing might match, the left shoulderpiece is higher then the right one. This was also the case with walter in fable III.

        The hair actually matches pretty well. They seemed to be using main characters from the Fable series and Barry Hatch wasn’t important at all. So Walter is a better guess.

    Hmmm… If Theresa is unlockable via. Fable: The Journey then I think that the two would need to have similar release dates, with leeway of about a month or two, so who knows, maybe FTJ will be coming out this summer.

    Wait! There’s an achievement called “Cast Party”! To unlock it you have to “Unlock all the playable characters”. This doesn’t mean that you HAVE to buy “Fable The Journey”, to get all the achievements in “Fable Heroes”, right?

        I don’t find achievements half as bad as playable characters, myself. Still, it’s posible this achievement only requires you to get the non-journey characters.

    why dont they put the hero of oakvale doll in hear with Avo’s tear as his weapon sense jack has the sword of Aions, I would always play as him, hes the one true hero.
